Takeda Pharmaceutical Company acquired Paradigm Therapeutics on March 29th 2007.

Paradigm Therapeutics Ltd and Paradigm Therapeutics Singapore Pte Ltd have been renamed Takeda Cambridge Ltd and Takeda Singapore Pte Ltd. Takeda Cambridge and Singapore are drug discovery companies specialising in identifying and validating novel drug targets derived from the human genome alongside well-established literature targets.
